The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), along with Comite Civico del Valle, organized an environmental justice tour in the Imperial Valley. Community members were able to relay concerns to state and local environmental agencies.

The Mission of the Department of Toxic Substances Control is to provide the highest level of safety, and to protect public health and the environment from toxic harm.
